Ms. Stoner serves as Lexicon’s Sr. Director, Procurement and Real Estate after many years of experience in operational leadership roles for offices of varying sizes and holding titles such as Business Manager and Chief Operating Officer. While she spent a large part of her career in multiple industries such as education and IT, her broad background also reflects a large focus in law firms and the legal industry, which enabled her to bring an extremely valuable skillset to her current role. Ms. Stoner’s talent and passion for driving process improvement and building strong, team-oriented cultures also is reflected in her leadership position at Lexicon.
After graduating with a bachelor’s degree from Missouri State University, Ms. Stoner has learned to understand the needs of the clients and brings that knowledge to manage the customer service teams at Lexicon
Honed from a people-focused background in all facets of Human Resources, Mr. Crook’s role with Lexicon has evolved to an organization-wide focus.
He is instrumental in helping define, implement, and execute Lexicon’s short- and long-term strategies and helps facilitate the development, implementation, and execution of strategic planning. Additionally, he works to enable the wealth of talent in Client Services and Quality to improve services and removes barriers to ensure alignment and drive focus internally to enhance results and services provided to clients. He has led the Data Science function to translate raw data and statistics into identified trends and information to help client leaders to make the most informed and proactive decisions. As VP of HR, he has served the team to deliver people-focused solutions both internally and externally.
Mr. Crook received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and went on to earn a Master of Public Administration and Policy Analysis. He is a Certified Senior Professional In Human Resources (SPHR), Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and Certified in Change Management Professional (Prosci).
His HR leadership experience has enabled him to be a top strategic business player in each of his prior roles. From the creation of business strategy and driving Mergers and Acquisition efforts to leadership development and anticipating market trends, he has contributed more broadly to organizational development and long-term sustainability and success of companies.
Mr. Crook’s philosophy values simplifying complex challenges by focusing on root cause analysis and aligning efforts to do what makes sense, then memorializing into standard practice and process for sustainable results.
Kyle Cross is a Human Resources Leader, whose mission is to help organizations optimize and retain their high potential talents. In his current role, Kyle works with leaders across the organization to manage, engage, and cultivate their talent. Kyle and the HR team will champion employee-focused initiatives to help Lexicon and its clients attract, retain, and engage the most talented professionals in their industries. Further, he and his team will lead the entire employee life cycle from recruitment and talent selection to offboarding.
With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fontbonne University, and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Webster University, Kyle uses his education and experience to find balance between organization and employee. Kyle has taken course work in organizational design, leadership, and compensation management. Further, he is working to become a more active member of the Greater St. Louis chapter of SHRM.
Kyle previously worked for Lexicon Services from 2017 – 2021 in multiple HR roles. Prior to re-joining Lexicon, Kyle served as the Human Resources Leader for Major League Soccer expansion franchise, St. Louis CITY SC from April 2021 until November 2022. During his tenure at CITY SC, Kyle led the entirety of the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources functions, seeing his employee population grow from thirteen (13) to well over two hundred (200). His time at CITY SC also afforded Kyle the experience of building and designing benefits and 401k programs, sourcing for and implementing an HRIS, and designing performance review processes that would go on to serve as the foundation of the Human Resources philosophy of the team.
When not at work, you can usually find Kyle, his wife Caitlin, and their son Jameson exploring local parks, or the zoo. When not spending time with his family, you’ll catch him frequenting the rough and bunkers of local golf courses (though he is quick to fix any divot marks on the green…).
Mike Leible leads Information Technology at Lexicon, including all aspects of software development and internal needs. He helps define and lead the technology aspects of the company as Lexicon develops its best-in-class legal software.
Mr. Leible has held roles of increasing responsibility in IT across several of St. Louis’ largest and most successful companies, and brings that wealth of experience and knowledge to Lexicon.

Mr. Leible served in the U.S. Navy until retiring in 2011 with 20 years of service. He lives with his wife, son, and dogs in St. Louis.
